I emailed my husbands AP she didn’t answer back she just went crying to him. I think my letter effected him more then it did her. He is back home the affair is ended and no contact with the skank. These women don’t care. They are selfish broken people or they never would have messed with a married man to begin with.
Patricia
My husband of 37 years had an emotional affair with a girl our daughter’s age. He spent over $110,000 on her. I couldn’t and wouldn’t forgive/trust him so I divorced him. He still comes around trying to make it right but I am never being mistreated or used again by anyone.

I’m sorry for what happened to you David.
I destroyed my spouse with multiple emotional affairs. I put down the booze, the medicine bottles, and my phone more than two years ago and have worked hard to regain my spouse’s trust. I might never get it, and I’m OK if that is what my spouse decides. I am repentant and pray that I never experience a single moment of betraying my spouse and family that crystallized my first 48 years of life.

We’ve been working on repairing the damage it’s done to me and our marriage. It was a shock deep down to my sole. I want to call her and explain my husband is a married and has two young adult kids. Has anyone ever called your partners relationship/affair person?

No, I’m still married. No my wife originally said she did nothing wrong. Besides she said that she didn’t do any thing we didn’t do. That was 26 years ago, originally I stayed for the children. Now we stay together for convenience. I suspected right away , I think she was tired of the affair and left a love note on a bar napkin from her lover in her purse. I did find out that she cheated from day one. She would supposedly get up and go to work at six but her job did not start till 9 she said she had to do the mail. Obviously they were having a morning delight. Then she had sex at a motel everyday for her lunch hour. Then at first she would come home at 5:15 change cloths and go right back out. She would come home every morning between 5 and 6 am and leave for work at 6am. Meanwhile stupid me because after 16 years of marriage I trusted her and never though she would cheat on me. Then she didn’t even bother to come home after work . This went on from 5/31/92 thru. 10/11/92. To date she has never told me anything except he was younger, taller than me, well built, and taught her what real sex was, and that he had a much larger penis than me and it was like having sex for the first time again. I truly believe that my wife had gotten suck in by a pimp and was a prostitut. I have no idea how long after I found out she still having sex. I can only tell you she may have had sex in the mornings and lunch time. She no longer went out at night and was home all weekend and holidays .

He was to stupid to see she was using him for money… also nor will I ever trust him as he had my trust for 45 years, 35 of those years were married years!!! We are working to heal but those 2 things I told him I’ll never do!

Would love to know David’s answer .The same with me as my wife will not tell me anything. As long as the affair partner is kept a secret for whatever reason the trust will never happen. I’m in this for 2 1/2 years. Found a letter in her drawl . Was looking because I suspected something was going on.

David,
Did you divorce your wife?
Did she want to work things out with you?
How did you find out?

As the one who was cheated on that you more or less have to just accept what happened. I for one can never forgive my wife for what she did. I will never love my wife the way I did before and believe nothing as she never told me anything about the affair that was 26 years ago. She is for me a cold fish but for him she was his whore.

If you’re unhappy in the relationship, I implore you to make the choice to end it yourself rather than wait for him to leave. It sounds like you think he’s the only one who can walk away but that simply isn’t true. Honestly, I think that you’ll feel better about yourself for taking control of the situation.
